GALLERY DEPT. accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and vintage items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the authorization process.
Prepare Shipment
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our studio, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
